REHEARSAL and RECITAL Information!

Dress Rehearsal is THURSDAY, April 25 at 6:00pm. Please be in the Nazareth Elementary School Auditorium promptly so we can begin rehearsal on time.

*At this time, families will be able to order recital DVDs, purchase additional recital tickets, and RSVP to our Red Wings Game on May 11.

Recital is Sunday, April 28 at 2:00pm, also at Nazareth Elementary School which is located at 1001 Lake Avenue, 14613.

Class Moms: Arrive by 1:00pm

Dancers: Arrive by 1:15pm

Doors Open: 1:30pm

Anticipated Recital End Time: 3:45pm.

*If using a GPS, enter “2 Fairview Heights,” as the address in order to be directed to the parking lot in the rear of the school.

Parking is limited at Nazareth, however there is plenty of off street parking. We recommend that families car pool to recital if possible, or allow extra time to find parking and arrive on time. We will have parking attendants directing traffic on recital day.

April Recess for all Ashford Ballet Company classes & McLaughlin-Goodwin-O’Shanecy is Friday, March 29 (Good Friday)- Thursday, April 4.

We WILL have competitive dance classes on Friday, April 5 and Saturday classes on Saturday, April 6.

MANDATORY Dress Rehearsal for ALL performers is Thursday, April 25 at 6:00pm.
This venue has a beautiful auditorium with ample seating for all of our families and friends.

Recital fees must be paid in full to avoid late fees!

Dress Code Updates

A quick reminder about dress code for both MGOS and Ashford Classes…

Hair should always be pulled back off the dancers face in a low ponytail or bun~

Irish Dance Classes:

-Black shorts

-Plain white or M.G.O.S. T-shirt

-Poodle Socks

-Ghillies (Hardshoes if teacher requires)

*Shoes can be purchased at Marianne’s Consignment Shop at 792 Clinton Avenue South, www.ruthefordshoes.com, or at our annual shoe sale each October*

Ballet/Tap/Jazz Classes:

-Creative Movement/Jazz/Tap Classes- Any color/style leotard and tights. Tutus, shorts, or leggings may also be worn.

-Ballet Classes (Level II and Up)- Black or pink leotard and light pink tights.

-Black tap shoes, pink ballet shoes, and black jazz shoes required for combination classes.
